Skilled Residential Remodeler
Experience Level: 5 Years+ Preferred | Bloomsburg, PA
Job description - Skilled Residential Remodeler: We're looking for an experienced residential remodeler to join the team and take real ownership of jobs. You'll work on kitchens, bathrooms, decks, flooring installations, and whole-home renovations — sometimes from demo to final trim, sometimes stepping in mid-project to own a specific scope. What you'll do: - Execute remodeling tasks independently across multiple trades (carpentry, tile, flooring, framing, finish work, plumbing, electrical, siding, and more) - Read and work from plans, drawings, and project scopes - Work alongside other TBC employees - Occasionally communicate with homeowners on-site, keeping them informed and comfortable throughout - Maintain TBC's quality standards on every task — the kind of work you'd point to and be proud of - Work efficiently while keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized What we're looking for: 3 or more years of residential remodeling experience (5+ preferred) Proficiency in at least two trades Sharp attention to detail — you notice what's not quite right and fix it before being asked Strong communication skills — with homeowners, with Brian and Michael, and with the crew A professional, accountable approach to your work If you're the kind of tradesperson who takes pride in the finished product and wants to work somewhere your skills are actually valued, we'd like to hear from you.
Laborer/General Worker
Experience Level: Entry Level | Bloomsburg, PA
Job Description - Laborer/General Worker: We're looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our crew as a general construction laborer on residential remodeling projects. No prior experience required — we'll teach you what you need to know. What we can't teach is showing up on time, staying focused, and taking direction well. What you'll do: Prep job sites before work begins — moving materials, protecting floors and surfaces, clearing the way for skilled work Handle and organize materials, tools, and supplies throughout the job Assist carpenters, tile setters, and other tradespeople as needed Clean up at the end of each day and after project completion Follow all safety protocols on every job, every time What we're looking for: Physically fit and able to do hands-on work all day Reliable — you show up when you say you will Willing to learn and take direction without attitude Valid driver's license preferred Prior construction experience is a plus, but not required This is a real opportunity to learn the trade alongside experienced craftsmen on quality residential jobs.
